    Once you've logged in to your SWANK University account, you can access all your membership benefits, including webinars, courses, resources, and community forums.

  • Can I change my subscription plan?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Simply please contact our support team at [email protected].

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your SWANK University Membership at any time. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. (*Such cancellation will result in the disablement of your account and access to it, and the deletion of content you collected through the use of the services. If you terminate a membership subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle.)

  • How do I request an accountability partner?

    To request an accountability partner, complete the questionnaire available in the member's area, and our matchmaking team will match you with a suitable partner based on your responses.

  • How do I access the webinars?

    Upcoming webinars and past recordings can be accessed through the member's area. You'll also receive email reminders with the necessary information to join live webinars.
