  1. Introduction

By subscribing to SWANK University Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from subscribing to the SWANK University Membership.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

  1. Membership

SWANK University Membership is a monthly/annual subscription-based service that grants members access to exclusive content, resources, courses, webinars, and other benefits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly/annual fee for the membership plan you have selected.

  1. Payment

Payments for SWANK University Membership are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment methods for the applicable membership fees.

Your membership will automatically renew each month/year, and your payment method will be charged for the renewal until you cancel your subscription.

  1. Cancellation

You may cancel your SWANK University Membership at any time. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected].

*Such cancellation will result in the disablement of your account and access to it, and the deletion of content you collected through the use of the services. Terminations are confirmed immediately, and you will not be charged again for that membership subscription unless you purchase a new one. If you terminate a membership subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle.


Please note that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

  1. No Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. By subscribing to SWANK University Membership, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are non-refundable.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, courses, and materials provided through SWANK University Membership are the property of SWANK University or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By subscribing to SWANK University Membership, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content without the express written permission of SWANK University or its licensors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

SWANK University and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the SWANK University Membership.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SWANK University and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of SWANK University Membership or your breach of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
